Re-Enable Bonnet on Alarm??? HELP

Well as all will know on here I had an accident in the snow, and to stop the alarm setting off all the time the garage disabled the bonnet from setting the alarm off! Have now had new bonnet fitted and just wondered how i turn this feature back on??

Any ideas?

They probably unplugged the switch, it's on the slam panel near the passenger side headlight.
