probably a custom one, done on rollers. paul is probably the best unless you want a full 'on the rollers' one

JMR

  RB 182 Cup
RS Tuning.

Paul did mine over xmas hols.

Was well impressed with the pick up in torque at low revs. Made a big difference to my car.

Only mods I have are ITG panel filter in OE airbox and 2" powerflow stealth S/S cat back exhaust.

Goes like the clappers now. 0-60mph in 1st and 2nd gear makes me laugh every time.:D

Thats a fully custom made one though chipwizards I'd guess? Thats the best you cna get realy but has the cost implications.

cheers mate. what you think? any good? nice guys? thanks :)

Highly recommended, at the recent Surrey Rolling Road day the 3 highest performing cars all had Sanspeed custom re-maps!

IMHO a custom remap on a rolling road is going to out perform any off the shelf remap programm that was written on another car. Plus you will get a before, and after figures so you know how much extra performance you are actually getting for your £.

a specific map would be better for ur needs tbh mate. u dont want any o this off the shelf rubbish, they need to be mapped to suit the engine to get the best results.

and the best man to do the job...imo.is wayne at chip wizards, pricey, but u get wot u pay for as with evrything else.

cheers mate. i just gave them a quick email and got this back.....

Hi David,

There are two options with your car; we can re-map the ECU with a generic file which would be fine and achieve around a 10 BHP increase, or you could opt for a custom file which will optimise all your modifications you have already, then you would be looking to achieve around the 15bhp mark.

Generic File - £299 Inc Fitting + VAT
Custom File - £399 Inc Fitting + VAT

If you need any more info please contact me

what sort of gains did you get mat if you don't mind me asking...? and it seems their prices have gone up!!!! lol :quiet:

thanks.
