do i need to have a sport model clio to order this part from renault?

ie are they gonna ask for the reg of my car?

if so could i poss borrow someones ??

Jus go on pistonheads and take it a reg number off there, or even look in the photo section of here and take one.

Depends how well educated your renault parts desk, you can generally just explain what you want, but some of them will ask for a reg. number.

just called up and they asked for a reg so gave it them, but didnt come up on their screen. asked for a chassis number and said would go in later on with it. any ideas where else to buy one from?

you really need to buy one new. problem is most renault systems are shite and dont have all the plates on / people have fitted private plates / imports.

really need to pop in and have a word. i got quoted 25quid for one, but theres two different sorts as one is smoother and costs 8+vat iirc. i know has told me and i was pissed off lol

got one now, went in to renault and the guy said yeah sure its 36 quid sir, plus vat and should be in by december 28th. . . .

told him where to go and then to the back of the dealer to check again.

sorry sir, thats 13.54 plus vat please and will be in thurs morning. . . .

where do these guys get these facts and figures from????
