rear arch lip, non sport ph2

hi

has anyone done anything with their rear arch lip? by this i mean grinding it down or cutting it. currently have no spacers on the rear and 15mm on the front, however i would like 13mm on the rear, but this was taking chunks out my rear tyres.

only thing to do is to get them rolled
