Rear Arches

Anyone with a valver / Williams had their rear arches sorted after they rusted?? How much did it cost?? And did it last??

Also how much roughly would a respray be, as my car has loads of key marks, as theres obv some v jealous people out there.....

a Whole, fully complete respray, Id imagine about 2500...

Dunno whether to could just have a "blow over" tho? Might be an option if the key marks aint that deep..

I had mine sprayed over and the rust eventually returned. In the end got my mate (whos got a bodyshop) to cut the old arches out and put new ones in. Total price i paid for arches, fitting and spraying was about £200

£200! Thats a good deal!

I dont have any rust on my rear arches per se, but I have an unusual small patch that is growing slowly along the bottom sill. Can you get the sills for Clios or are they part of the rear arch panels??

I got quoted £950 (cash) for a full respray on my XR2i includining rear arch repair (rust under bodykit) de-locking, colour coding all the black bits, removing side strips and repairing any dents they found. I dont think thats to bad for a full glass out respray.
