Rear brake guide pins

Hi first post on here currently in the garage doing some work on my 172 cup I want to take out the rear brake guide pins and re grease question is do I have to first remove the brake lines? Also how do you remove the pins + re fit after being greased iv looked for the answers but cannot seem to find them.
