Rear Brake Line Clips

Does anybody have a part number or know of a place to buy the plastic brake line clips which mount directly onto the rear beam of a 182? The old items I've transferred onto my refurbished rear beam are past their best and not gripping the beam or brake lines very well.

I think the Renault part number is 7703079990, no idea how much they are or whether they're still available though
