Rear brake set up for track use?

Hi, are oem spec (pagid) rear brake pads and discs sufficient for track use on the clio 172 cup if the front brakes are upgraded to brembo high carbon discs/ferrodo ds2500 pads and a high boiling point brake fluid??

OEM is brembo not Pagid.


Loads of threads & reports of non-Brembo rear bearings falling apart. Get the brembos, not pagids unless there's a very good reason (e.g. it's a race car and you change bearings every 2 events anyway)

I had Mintex, they failed after two track days. Now on Brembos

Ok, G 172 has just messaged me and he does the brembos for slightly cheaper anyway so happy days. Thanks lads.
