Rear brake set up recommendations?

What are everyone's rear brake set up recommendations and the best place to source them?, running Brembo HC and DS2500 at the front. Worth upgrading or just replace the standard items?

standard. You'll get more benefit from rebuilding or replacing the calipers for new than from upgraded disks and pads
