rear bumper mk2 ph1

how do i take it off to replace it with the mk2 ph2 bumper from a dynamique?

i know about the screws along the boot lid at the top of the bumper and have seen 2 under the wheel arch along the arch liners. anywhere else?

then it's just a case of putting the new one on and drilling the holes onto the bumper?
