rear bumper

is it possible to take the black plastic bumper insert out of the rear bumper ie for colour coding, if so how?

not fair where u get it from?? i cant see any one ebay and i asked in wanted on here nothing, so standard rear bumper for me then

i got it from a scrap yard in nottingham

£45 i used my femanine charms and took it off myself too,

but it did cost me about £30 in fuel

just had a look and it a few clips holding the insert in probs easier taking the bumper off imo, or get a 172 bumper!
