rear diamond

how do you remove the rear diamond badge, is it like the front one or is there a different method?

cheers

  BBS and Lowws...
Completely different method.

Open the boot then underneath (from behind the badge) you need to remove a plastic panel.

After you remove that you will be able to see a metal mechanical looking thing, this is the wiper blade motor.

It is held it by 3 10mm bolts. Unscrew all of them and then you can pull off the diamond.

To put the diamond back on, do all of these steps in reverse ;)

Once youve unbolted the rear diamond, you have to use a screwdriver to push the tabs out, the diamond is sort of plastic welded at the tabs, should either push back in snugly or use some silicone/glue.

in case that doesn't quite read clear, removing the 3x 10mm nuts removes the boot lock handle, the mound that the diamond is attached to. once you have unscrewed this you can then remove the diamond feom the mound, mine was fixed using double sided tape so took a bit of working to get it free.
