Any quick fixes to cure my problem and stop the three rear headrests rattling in their mounts??

put them right down so they are resting on the seats and not erected.

not great, but should stop the majority of the noise!

That's the way they are currently, all completely down. There's still some play in them though with is creating the vast majority of the rattling noises in the cabin. That and the glove box door!

ah arse. plus iv noticed yours is the ph1 so the two side ones are permanenly up. could try some bluetack - it will look shite though. or failing that, take them off?!!

Get some long dark zip ties and tighten them around both legs of each headrest to create some pressure, should stop all of the rattling! Place them as close as they will fit under the head rest so they cannot be seen as easily. :)
