Rear Jacking Point

When changing rear suspension springs with a trolley jack, wheres the best jacking point?

just under the sill bud, put a piece of wood on the jack to prevent scraping the sealer off etc!

if you jack the rear beam up the springs wont come out, the car weight will be on them!

TBH I didnt read his thread - just his title! A quick way of changing rims etc.
