Rear light confusion

After an eagle eyed member on here spotted that ive got odd rear lights. Im rather confused as to whether my Mk1 Clio is a Ph1 or a Ph2 now

Its a 95 N reg if that helps out at all.

the ph1 lights look good on black, didnt like em on my white one tho, got ph2 lights now, much sportier
