rear light probs......

Guys,
Finally got round to removing my rear lights today to try and stop the rear fog light coming on when I brake and indicate....

Found 2 pins on each connector/cluster corroded, cleaned them up and sprayed them both with wd40, found the earth wire removed that cleaned that and put all back together..

driving the car and no probs when braking or indicating....20 mins later indicating left whilst braking and the rear fog light symbol has lit up...damn.....reversing back up the street to my house in reverse the rear fog light symbol lights up again and the left indicator symbol lights up aswell but indicator does not flash it just stay on............any ideas???

Its a fairly common problem mike, take the connectors out of the black block and clean them all up, make sure they are straight and not touching any other connectors. Clean the pins in the light cluster with a wire brush. Spray some wd40 but not too much, clean up any thats on the plastic with a rag.

Yeh done all that..

Only seems to happen now, not all the time when I put the left indicator on and press the brake....left side might need a liitle more cleaning......
