Rear light swap

Now i know the clusters are a direct fit between the ph1 and ph2's but......
What about the bulb holders, plugged the new bulb holders in and all the lights were to s**t, when you hit the brake the indicators came on etc etc.. i would have that they were a straight swap

All the bulbs were in the right place etc etc......................

Thought you might have to but im nee good with wiring so just used my old bulb holders instead

Simple as mate and old holders wont work with them...

Ah well im using my old bulbers and they seem to work fine, only got one fog and one reverse light working like but the others work ok, think ill re-wire them once it gets warmer lol

I take it the numbers are the pins yeah, has anyone got a pic of theres wired up??
I would have thought some people would have cut the wires to make it easier!!!!

The numbers are just for ref the wires are the colours listed there its easy as hell to do mate 5 min job either side

Hows it done mate as all the wires are still the same colour, im probably just being stupid but that guide doesnt really tell you what to do, it shows the wire colours etc

Ah so i have to just swap the pins........... figured it out now, lol

Yeah pop the lil cover off the top and lift the small pic at the rear and pull the cables out one at a time and swap them to the new configuration

Getting the pins out though is easier said than done, I found it a complete pain tbh.
