Rear lights bad earth ?

Hi,
If I brake I get a very dim outline of the fog light warning light on the dashboard. and the brake/fog lights start doing a flashing light show. I'm assuming its a bad earth problem. Is there an earth point that commonly has issues ?

Much appreciated.

Yep, rear o/s light cluster, take it off, unclip the connector, look in at the pins, it's the right most pin as you look in, commonly corroded and makes lights earth through the fogs. Clean the pin amd connector up and it should be grand.

Its been covered hundreds of times. Its the contacts which cause the issue. Do a search for fog light coming on when indicating and braking.
