i undo the top mount(bolts) first then the bottom one. and just pull the shock down. very easy to do only problem you may have is actually getting the bolts off as they can be tight. other than that its straight forward mate
yeh mate. also its a better idea to just loosen the top bolt and then undo the bottom bolt completly as it makes it alot easier to do as it takes the wieght of the rear beam off the bottom bolt.
Soak the bolts at the bottom that attach the bottom of the shocker to the rear hub in WD40 the night before you do them as well. That was the only way I could loosen them.
I fitted the new shocks today and the bolts undone easy enough and was really easy to fit all new bushes and bolts included so all good much better now
mine on 68k and yea ride is much better they was so fucked the car bounced everywhere was just on the springs lol i was debating if i should of got uprated shocks
