Rear Spacers / shims with camber

So I'm looking into spacing my wheels and I know not to buy cheap ones on the front so will be looking at hub centric however my question is about the rear..

ive seen many spacers that will also add camber to the rear going from -0.5 degrees upto -2.5 degrees

what are people's opinions on these??

Is the camber worth it and if so by how much??

im using the car for fast road and the occasional track day

get the geometry checked first and set it from that.

We run standard camber zero toe on the rear, think 2.5 might be a bit excessive
