Rear spring replacement

Hi,
I need a bit of a help. I'm up to change rear springs. How to know which side goes up and witch down?
I noticed some marking on them. I'll post some pictures below. Also if some can explain me a procedure for replacement. I already put car on stands, now I will loose bolts for shock absorber and that should be it, right?

should be remove shock bolts then beam should drop down and springs fall out and the fit new springs left beam up and tighten bolts. not sure which was is up or down there is a way to tell by the pig tail of the spring
