how easy is it to fit a rear strut brace and how do you do it help

very easy. its a 2min job. not even joking.
pull off rubber strut tops, undo the top nut on each side of the strut, fit the brace over the bolts, tighten the nuts back on. job done

or you can weld it in for extra strength

You can't fit a "rear strut brace" to a Clio because it doesn't have struts at the rear. It has trailing arms. Which is also probably why fitting a brace between the rear upper shock mounts doesn't do anything useful.
