rear strut brace

is squiky as fook i have retained the rubbers under it. is this right think thats whats making the noise

mine did this i just removed the brace then bobed a bit of grease on the rubbers and refit, not a sound now :)
 
Leaving the rubbers on is no good the strut brace is not doing a thing. Take the rubbers off and tighten the brace down so it goes over the metal flanges that the strut comes through. This then holds the body and the shocks.
