Rear viper glitching, never turns off at the right place

Hello, my wiper is kind of glitched. It turns itself in the middle of the of the rear window or anywhere(rarely in the right place) + i can only turn it once, then if i want it once again i have to hold it to release window fluid and then its out until i start my car all over again. I have a smart wiper function but it works only once when i turn on the car. Is it wiring or what? I doubt it is the motor cause wouldnt that be that it doesnt work at all?

I'd try a new wiper relay.
