Any one out their got any quick hints for changing rear wheel bearings on a valver? Can the rear caliper just be unbolted and moved out of the way as with the front? Does the handbrake need disconnecting?
Bit tricky as rear wheel bearing is inside the hub part of the rear disk, if you know what I mean. So disk comes off and you have to get a press topush old bearing out and new one in.
Good excuse to get some new disks at the same time, which would prevent the need to push out the old ones, just in on the new ones.
yeh jus get pair of new rear discs from reno they come with the bearings already pressed in worth it for the messin about to change bearings usin a press
make sure you get the rear discs for a car with ABS, doesnt make any diff to fitting but the non ABS rear discs dont come with bearings and there more expensive
work that 1 out lol
cant remember exactly how much but its not too bad
