Rear window?

Any idea how much it would roughly cost for one fitted? Because some c**t has thrown a rock through mine.

Want the proper Renault window with heating stuff.

Also, @Neil@greenlight where do I stand with regards to insurance? Do you guys include any kind of windscreen cover as standard, and if so, does that include rear windows?

I don't want to claim, but also wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything.

There is 2 choices of rear window regarding the tint, Pale green or black.

You can buy the rear window on its own from renault or you can buy it as a kit.

Full Kit is around £170+vat

Rear window is around £148+vat

If it wasn't for the fact you have yellow car you could of just bought a used tailgate for peanuts, only held on buy 2 spring clips.

Cheers Marc, I take it the Pale Green is the standard tint? Matching the windscreen that has the little rectangle for displaying your pass? I spoke to Auto Windscreens today, via my insurance (glass cover, phew) and the bloke said about there being only one type for my car, think he said green tint.

I've been told to say when you are buying a windscreen is to say you are paying cash and not using your insurance as sometimes they can pile on the cost for insurers. Not sure how true that is, but my step dad did it last time he had to buy a screen and managed to savesome money.
