Rear Windows - strange marks

I've got some strange water like marks on the rear windows only. I've tried lots of different cleaners (AF crystal, AG fast glass, AB Clear Vue) and nothing can shift them.

Any ideas? Would machine polishing work?

Glass polish ( turtle wax clearview polish )
Thats what takes them off my rear windows.

Think SRP might aswell but yes need a light polish

Yeah as above, Clart. Sounds like hard water marks or something that will need a polish rather than a cleaner. Try some SRP as it's easy to get hold of. AutoGlym also do a glass polish that isn't too bad. For a couple of quid from Halfrauds, it should sort it.

Clear vue is supposed to be a glass polish but didn't do anything. Might try something a bit more abrasive.

You can in theory use polish on glass so give SRP a go, never tried it myself but can't see why it wouldn't work.
