rear wiper/gromit

i know most people use gromits just for quickness and other things but has anyone smoothed over the plate and make it flush?

just i dewipered mine and it looks good but just seeing if anyone has smoothed them over?

think he means the rear wiper instead of putting a gromit there, having it smoothed over instead

Oh and yes you can smooth over, I'm in the middle of doing mine, wee bit of mesh, wee bit of filler, lots of sanding and voila!
