Rear Wiper

Can someone tell me how to get the rear wiper arm off without snapping anything or putting a hammer through my rear window.

13mm and a 17mm spanner. Use a 13mm to undo the bolt and the 17mm between the bolt and arm to move the arm off.

As per above can be done with vice grips also boys.
