did a 25 point helth check on mine - told them not to bother as they wouldnt be able to do half of it as they wouldnt get on the ramps.. they tried... i watched them , then they came back and told me they couldnt do it....
Can't blame them tbh, you're female after all.
Not really old now is it - they have only just sent the recall letters out over the last week.:rasp:
I was going to ask the same thing as my Mum got one of the letters but as no one seems to be in a helpful mood won't bother you guys!
my cars going in for a new bonnet catch on saturday due to the recall.. what else do they check? thanks!
When they sent the last lot out my Mum's wasn't one of the ones to be recalled I checked. So this must be a new thing?

Lmfao, 2 hours, thats nothing, they had mine for a full day, and every time i phoned said they needed a little longer, did the hour bus journey after it had been there for 5 hours, they sat me in the nice bit, and when i went to leave they asked where i was going "for a fag i said" turned out they didnt want me to leave because i was about to see one of their guys just bother to go get it and check the catch.
And for all you guys saying its old news? its not
No - same old problem there is just a hell of a lot of Clios about
My mate got hers about 3 weeks ago. f**k doing their check! Its just to try and get money out of you..
Everyone knows about it. or at least they should. Stick Clio problems in Google and see what it says.
and oh course its old news. If you only found out about 9/11 today, does that make it current affairs?
Never listen to Renault when they tell you new pads and discs are needed. Check yourself. I was told my rear discs and pads needed changing at 12k miles. I'm now at 47k miles on the same discs and pads. Robbers. Similar thing happened to a friend also.
Ah, i used to think like this untill i asked the mechanic what the crack was and he said ''pads and disks might be ok now but not by the time the next service is due''
In other words they like to replace things in advance not when the item is actually fooked
