Recaro resistors not working....

No you shouldn't, light should turn off even if its previously been on (unless airbag has actually been triggered obviously)

Are you using harnesses or existing seatbelts?
Have you folded the metal over before pushing into the holes? Like this:
Just keep trying to wiggle them. As long as you've followed the guide it should turn off.

You tried another resister? They are faulty fairly regularly.
