it's really hard to do, if I was you I wouldn't bother. I'll buy them off you for 50 quid though.

lol i bought 2 pair's from a breaker's for £1000 and kept the best one's the other's are in my pal's dynamique lol he bought them off me for £500 then my other pal managed to get a pair from cit-ren for £600 but they were covered in blood imo i would'nt have nothing that's been covered in blood in my car. These 3 pair's are the only one's i've known to be sold very rare.

sounds like you got a canny deal, they normally go for around 800 - 900 quid. There's a few people on here who have done it so it must not be that hard to do.

Yes there's some very reasonable one's on there but if your going to buy new i would advise you go to capital seating have a look at the website!!!

Mate, don't kid yourself... they're not rare in the slightest. Loads of people on here have them.

Yours were a fantastic price though, well done!

I've owned a clio 182 for 6 month's now and in that 6 month i've searched hi and low for the recaro treadline's specificaly one's out of a clio trophy as iu can't justify paying £1200 for a pair of seat's and the only pair i seen was on ebay a few month back and they sold for £1000 and unfortunatly i missed the auction then the other week 2 pair came up in a breaker's in newcastle so i snapped both pair's up then my pal managed to get a pair from cit-ren so i guess they're like buses you wait and none come then all of a sudded 2 come along lol

well thats what i thought, obviously i still need mounts and runners etc but i like em!! :)

capital seating do the runner's for around £115 so if you call them and tell them what your after i bet they would do a mint deal. recaro's are thre ultimate upgrade ideal for track day's and double up for comfy day to day driving.

Mate, a crappy pair for 500 and a bloody pair for 600.

I got a mint pair for 400.

And tbh, they're almost becoming like turini's :rasp:
Mine were put in in a couple of hours, with my old seats being put in the other guys car during that time aswell. Easy squeezy.

Some fool in London who had them as standard in his B/G. It wasn't selling so he agreed to sell them seperately to raise some cash - had no idea about anything, lost out big time on them, mind you his car was an absolute state. Don't think he realised what sort of a car he really had, just wrecked it :dapprove:

That made me lol, they aren't track seats.

Yes mate, they do look good!

I still can't decide between a set of these or ''proper fixed buckets'' :S

Hard desicion that is the proper fixed bucket seat's will be good if you plan to track your car alot if not i would settle for the other's !!!

They are good seats (I've had 2 sets), but they have a major fault. They barely lower you at all, 10mm. The biggest fault as standard is the driving position, which they don't really address. There are better seats, cheaper out there. No-where near supportive enough for track worth either.

Yes it's very helpful is'nt it i wasn't aware you required unviversla side air bag replacement's got them for a good price aswell £28.99 delivered. Just out of curiosity anyone who has fitted these did you have you car put on a computer after to reset the air bag's ???

Tony.
Your all mental if you pay £30 for the resistors. Under 20p from maplin, and easier to fit. Doesn't need to go on the diag computer.
