Recaro Trendlines

I'm feed up of falling out of the standard seats :S

Wheres the cheapest place to get recaro trendlines, anyone know?

You wont find them cheep! You "might" be able to get some for around a grand second hand, they come up now and then. They'll set you back about £1400 new with subframes I think

I went to their website price is £1,085.80 and i presume thats without subframes which are about £114 each from what i remember seeing on here, that'll come it at £1313.80?

I remember reading somewhere that we get a discount from demon tweaks, can't find it though.

thats cause u should never order online...when i ordered my pole positions..they should have been around £1400.. rang up..never even asked and he said he would knock 15% off...ba da bing..£1172!

Cos the standard seats r poo, always had cars with good seats before, scoobys n cossys n stuff, so for me it really ruins the driving experience.

Plus there easy to sell for strong money when your finished with them.

yeah the height is the main crap thing about the standard seats, they look good, support aint great I had a sore back after just 70 B road miles on Friday lol

Anyway Dave, someone spunked 50%+ the original value of your car on a turbo lol

PS...worth noting that no recaro's with recaro frames..will be much lower than OEM as the recaro frames are made excessively high..there is oodles of space between the seat base and the floor

I am getting yozzasport to make me up some custom low frames hopefully next month..should drop the seat about 3" and still give me sliding back and forwards

I hopefully going to get some trendlines in the near future for my 172, i know they are expensive, but they hold you in a damn sight better then the standard seats, and they look great.

well..yes and no...my dad has the proper trophy trendlines in his 182..and the frames are very similar to the bases that came with my pole position..the only difference is a trophy plaque..dont be fooled into thinking recaro frames are lower than the trophy ones..

and if you dont need your rear seats...you'll love the pole positions alot more than the trendlines..

I had trendlines in my cup. Sold em on, they were nice looking but crap for holding you in! The standards are better! Or those fixed ones above look sweet.
