just had mine done at car technics (port clarence), full kit, came to 310.00 inc vat and the car runs as it did before but im sure people will go mad because it isnt a specialist.

Mendal Motors in thornaby, lots of good reviews for both, had quite a bit done at mendal the other week, really good service and brilliant price, they know there stuff

Both garages are renault specialists

Pm Hutchie on here, his family own mickleton services, and i seem to recall someone paying £400 to mendal motors for a cam belt change with a water pump to, search mendal motors and its in one of the topics, hope that helps

Shows how much cheaper renault specialist are and how robbing stealers are, this is what i got quoted:

Change one broken spring on my cup - Renault £160

Full set of eibachi springs fitted, 2 new rear shocks fitted, oil change and sports cat fitted - Mendal motors £195

If you got your quote from evans halshaw on canon park thats what rough quote u i got on my cup and thats without aircon! i supplied the parts myself and still got it done off them but only paid for labour, come to about £470, over the top on price but i needed it doing asap at the time
