Recomended oil

I'm doing an oil and filter change on the weekend and i was wondering what oil is the best for a 172 cup?

im using Shell Helix Ultra, as i get it for £1 a ltr though work lol, Clio loves it

i use titan fuchs oil in mine. but whichever brand you choose - just make sure its 5w 40!

Cheers for the comments. i got a feeling its runnin 5w30 at the moment and it drives really jurky when its cold. Could that be the reason why?

That's normal. Most if not all RS's do that. Just aslong as it clears up once it's warmed up.

Yep as soon as the temperature gauge starts going up it runs fine. As long as thas normal
