recommend a router? wirless help???

any help would be appreciated as my knowlege is limited on this lol,, my big bro recently gave my dad a laptop, anyway he was the tinternet on it but our wireless router only supports one pc so thats f*cked, anyone recommend one baring in mind i dont want to sacrifice to much of my direct connection, but he dont use it much anyways, cheapest possible as hes paying

If it's cable, no. The 834 is an ADSL router. If it's Virgin ADSL, then yes.

If it's cable, then http://www.ebuyer.com/product/52450 is probably about the same in terms of functionality.

Yeh if your with virgin youll need a cable router, not adsl.

I use a D-Link model, G624T...
No complaints here.... although i did get it free from a mate in the industry, so not sure how much it costs?!...
