Ive got a set (didn't buy them so figure I'm pretty impartial) and i like them a lot. The fit feels strange at first, but you get used to it.
You get a bit of noise transmitted through the cable and i don't find the exclude outside sound amazingly.
But... they piss all over any other in ear headphones I've tried and more importantly they have survived 9 months of constant use (being sat on and kept in my back pocket). To put that achievement into perspective, I've tried Philips, Sony, Sennheisser and a range or other fairly decent brands. None have survived more than 3 months.
Buy some of these.

RRP is £60 but they're being phased out so dirt cheap (£10 FFS).
This will be my 3rd pair after losing my last two. I've also had sennheisers and soundmagic e10's but these are better IMO.
