Recommendations for timing belt change in South West

Hi guys,

I have a mk3 1.4 (I know it's not a sport sorry not sorry) and I've been putting off the cambelt change but it's getting to the point now where I'm a bit anxious when I have to drive, so it needs to get done!

I got a quote from k-tec which is just up the road from me and i'd be looking at about £450 I think (bad memory) for the belt plus the water pump but I wanted to get your guys opinions on whether they are the best (or best value, I should say) people to go to around the Bournemouth/Dorset area?

Any opinions would be welcome
