Recommendations on gearbox oil, PAS fluid, Coolant...

I'm looking for recommendations from the CS committee please!

The car is used for hillclimbs and driving to / from events. It's on 110k miles. What fluids would you recommend and where would you buy them from?

Gearbox oil - 75w80 - any decent

PAS - anything ??

Coolant - Renault type d, standard and cheapest

Apparently 75w 90 is good for heat dissapation maybe another option and its cheaper(slightly)

Found with my car (albeit a 1.2) that 75w90 seems to make the gears a bit harder to engage/clunky than it was with 75w80

Motul coolant is pretty good, its what i tried.
