Recording programme straight to mp3?

Cheers Dash just done a 45minute one, havent got tracks in it tho but all is good!!just converting to mp3 but its taking aggggggeeeeessss, and it didnt work the first time i tried to convert it!!

Audacity would do the job. Run the hi-fi through your PC and record.

i currently use Audacity, i aint came across anything that beats it... Really impressed with it.. An its free!!
