Recovering lost iTunes downloads

Hi guys, hoping all with apple skills can help, a while ago my laptop messed up and had to get a new one, now foolishly i had no back up of anything anywhere, luckily I don't download much but the small amount I did has now gone, how do I go about reinstating it all without having to repurchase, presumably this can be done?

On iPhone

App Store > updates > purchased

Ipad

App Store > purchased

Then select them and they will download, just make sure your signed in

Itunes - More - Purchased

Macbook/PC/Laptop
Itunes - Store - Purchased (on right hand side)

Cheers guys ill give those a go, tried something earlier and it said in a box downloaded but there was no option to redownload
