Yup.
Anyone done any close quarter kills? Some of them are brutal. One with the shotgun I did had me push the gun into the guys neck from behind then fire up in the air. His head went all over the place
The knife kills from close range are supposed to be horrific, too.

Me and the lads did 11 hours straight on the first day but ive had a weekend off.
Done the first set of missions in mexico so hope to get up north soon.
Played again tonight and just spent 2 hours doing bounties etc.
Got a bolt action rifle, semi auto pistol and the 3rd shotty... They're insanely powerful.

I've just reached the north now.
Can't drive the cars, but you get to ride as a passenger.
Will explore it a little more tomorrow... The scenery is different again from what i've seen so far.

well after approx 4/5 hours I have to say I'm not that impressed. It's alright and I will continune to play it but it's certainly not as good as all the reviews/hype etc would lead you to believe.
After the first few main missions (I have the lasso, stallion and done some for that Marshall guy in Armadillo) Mainly been doing bountys, stranger missions and treasure hunting (which I actually quite like, tis a good idea). Played a fair few of the side games too which are ok but seem somewhat pointless...

lol, look at the pic, it's basically a clue to the location, it's a specific rock that you have probably been past several times already. There is also a small X on the pic that shows the treasue location.
When you find it you get the treasure as well as another piece of paper with a simular type of picture taking you to the next location.
I thought the same thing having looked at the map and decided I'd never find it. 30 seconds later I was riding along and realised the location was right in front of me

Game is pretty damn good
I went online with it on free roam and joined a map with loads of people...they all fucked off after a little while so I went by myself to take out the gang hideouts.
I was halfway through one when a sneeky c**t joined the map and shot me from behind...So i went and found him and killed him..he sapwned right near to me and I killed him again..then span killed him again, and again and again!! He left after about 6 deaths!
Then I was over near theives landing or whatever and some player rode over to me on horseback and he was chatting away to me asking me about stuff..So I shot him in the face with a sniper rifle. Roffle.
He tried to hunt me down after that and I just ran into higher ground and snipped he time and time again! Awesome!!
I'll give you a clue....on the map there's a rock and a hangman's noose.
The end bit is quality.

I spent ages looking for the treasure at Hangman's Rock. Could I find it? Like f**k could I!
I have however found another piece of avatar clothing, a red dead redemption t-shirt, I found it some burnt out place with cannons outside.
