Refurbish curbed deep dish rims any tips ??

Ok so got my self some beautiful wheels for the clio to be put on in spring, but they are curbed and in a bit of ruff shape Iv spend a few hours sanding them well one of them and getting the worst bits down but there little cuts that won't go. Also I don't want to paint them hopefully going to polish them up and have the mirror kind of finish. Anyone done this and have some idea of a "quick fix" or know we're I can get them done live in Durham. Shall add pics thanks any tips will help a first timer
