release bearing

probably a stupid question, is the release bearing within the clutch, im replacing the gearbox and the clutch with a new clutch and a refurbed gearbox and just wondering if would also need to replace the bearing aswell or if it comes within the clutch kit,

Defiantly replace the bearing it should come as part of the clutch kit if you get the valeo (iirc) one.

but thats what it says i need, so i should be ok with that one?

sorted it now, its exactly the same one on carparts for less and it is the valeo one,
