remap after full decat and induction kit

can anyone tell me if i need to remap my silverstone gp after full decat and induction kit it seems like its running rich but i have no eml light on
any help would be great thanks.

I would, I read somewhere that decattong a 200 will cause a bad flat spot unless remapped
