Not a whole lot. + circa 10bhp, if you are lucky. Depends on what map and if you do anything else.

4-6bhp, better mpg and gives you a higher rev range. to around 7400k- 7800k

best to get one done once you have got an exhaust airfilter and athew other bits

well im a yozza guy so don't ask me what exhaust lol

but if i had to say one ummm iv heard k-tec are good!

filter is how much you want to spend! £45-60 for a pannel filter £350 for an itg maxegon!

id get the itg pannel filter to start off! best all round! try k-tec again

remapping is worth it but as has been said do any other mods first, always map last to suit
