Remove, bumper trim

Hi, How do I get off the mouldings on the front bumper, do I need to take off the bumper or can I take them off individally?

Screw driver covered in tape so not to scratch it. Or covered with some sort of cloth. Worked for me coz im too lazy to take the bumper off tbh
