Remove small dents?

Just wondered what cheap ways there are to remove small parking dents? Some f**k nut managed to wack one in my drivers side door yesterday on my newly sprayed side

Paintless dent removal people is probably your best bet..
I think some are like £50 a panel, but I'm not sure
