Removing a fixed aeriel (phone) from side rear 182 window

HI all, previous owner has had one of these fixed...just thinking about removing it! nothing by the looks of it has been fixed so should be able to cut back the wires and remove from the dash! only thing is though - the cable has been threaded through the headlining and fixed to the side rear window with resin!

Is this just like a silicone??!! will it mark the window...am i best to keep it in! your thought please

Any ideas please
