I'm guessing the mk2 and 3 are pretty similar so..
There's the metal bit going across the back of the seats (for babyseats etc), take that out. You can use a (iirc) 17mm spanner or torx bit. There's 2 bolts I think, and they can be a bit a c**t to get out, so you'll prob need an extension (I used my jack handle, take the grip off and use that end if necessary).
After that there's 2 more torx bolts in the middle of the seat (where they split), undo these and then you should be able to pull the seat out. There's some 'pins' on each end of the seat, just guide them through the holes near the door cards.
That probably made no sense whatsoever, but you'll know what I mean when you start doing it!
Even if the mk2 and 3 are different, its usually a piece of piss anyway!
